17th international sketchcrawl! Chinatown SF
January 22, 2008
Once again sketchers all over the world shut off their wii’s, emerge from their dark apartments, and rove in hungry packs sketching whatever falls into their field of view….it’s International Sketchcrawl in San Francisco’s Chinatown.
15th World Wide Sketchcrawl
August 28, 2007
Last weekend was the 15th World Wide Sketchcrawl. An art event launched by a couple of Pixar artists here in SF.
Once a quarter, on a chosen day, artist’s all around the world hit their respective streets to draw together – and post the results to the Sketchcrawl Forum.
The local SF meetup was Golden Gate park. There’s always something going on – my favorite bit was capturing these people doing Tai Chi:
You might check out some other artists on the flickr group.
